Formerly in the role of Director of Client Services, Ms. Allen has been with ProfitSword since 2008. Prior to her tenure at ProfitSword, she spent more than 30 years in the hospitality industry in both operations and accounting.
As President, Allen will oversee ProfitSword’s sales and marketing initiatives, product development, client services and human resources teams. With her decades of experience in operations, co-owners Mike Patton and Tili Findley speak highly of Allen and have great expectations for the future. “Maureen has been a huge part of our continued success,” stated Patton, “and she embodies the vision, core values and goals of ProfitSword!”

Allen’s promotion to President was announced at the company’s conference on October 17th in Fort Lauderdale. When asked who she will choose to fill her role as Director of Client Services, Allen lamented that the choice will be difficult because of the number of highly qualified individuals at ProfitSword.
