Dear Valued Partner: As a company, ProfitSword is committed to the service and support that we provide to our great partners. With the recent developments of the COVID-19 virus, please rest assured that our team is taking every precaution to ensure all systems will remain operable at current levels. 
 
Even prior to COVID-19 we were able to fully manage our applications and hardware from remote locations on your behalf.  This allows our team members to work from home, while ensuring the quality performance you have come to expect; at the same time following the precautions and guidelines given by the CDC and health authorities.
 
We understand that this is a difficult time for your industry and in addition to our ongoing support, your access to the extensive tools in our system can help manage you through the challenges you are facing. Should you have questions on ways to effectively leverage our reporting to manage costs, please contact your Customer Success Specialist. 

We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you, our valued partners, informed and up to date of any changes related to our typical procedures.
